Welcome to Haggerston Castle Private Hire ---  Let me introduce ourselves,

We are Louise and Phill the owners of Haggerston Castle Private Hire , we are also owners on the park. Our aim is to carry on where George left off and continue to grow from strength to strength. 

We look forward to welcoming all our guests this season ..

We are a  family run business offering stunning Lodges & Beautiful caravans for private hire. 

With holiday homes available in a variety of sizes we have something to ensure you will not only enjoy your stay, but want to come back again and again...Affordability to suit your budget & flexible payment schemes offered .

WE ARE NOT PART OF THE HAVEN GROUP -- 

PLEASE NOTE --- DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF PLACING YOUR BOOKING ( using the Bank Details given ) YOUR BOOKING WILL NOT STAND WITHOUT A DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING

DEPOSIT ... LODGE £50

DEPOSIT ... CARAVAN £40

BED LINEN HIRE ... £30 

DOG PER STAY ... £30 ( we have 3 caravans allowing dogs )

CLEANING/DAMAGE BONDS ARE NOW REQUIRED ON ALL CARAVANS & LODGES  -- £75 Caravans -- £100/£125 Lodges payable 7/10 days before you arrive on park 

IF BOOKING IS NOT PAID IN FULL 6 WEEKS BEFORE HOLIDAY DUE DATE .. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ALL BOOKINGS

PLEASE NOTE --- We will NOT tolerate any over crowding in ANY of our Holiday Homes --- If any of our Holiday Homes are found to be doing this then ALL parties WILL be asked to LEAVE ASAP.

PLEASE NOTE ---- When making your payments please your Name the booking was placed under ( without these details we CANNOT trace payments under anyone elses name other then the booking name )

We have both caravans & lodges on all locations around the park 

HOLIDAY MUST BE PAID IN FULL IF YOUR DATES ARE WITHIN 4 WEEKS WHEN PLACING YOUR BOOKING or WE WOULD EXCEPT A £100 DEPOSIT THEN REMAINING BALANCE WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS.

WE DO REQUIRE A LARGER DEPOSIT IF YOUR BOOKING IS WITHIN 4 WEEKS OF THE BOOKING DATE ( then remainder within 7 days

PLEASE NOTE ... Once you have placed your booking and made a payment ... Accommodations cannot be changed over So please make sure you choose the right accommodation to suit you & your family 

If you wish to swap or change dates into another caravan/lodge ..You will lose your Deposit and half of your payments as this will be classed as a cancellation to the owners of these accommodations

Cancellation Policy. .... Deposits are Non refundable. 

If you cancel your holiday you will only recieve half of what you have paid back if the time period is outside of the 6 weeks bracket ( Less deposit )

No refunds will be given if holiday is cancelled within 6 weeks of the holiday date 

ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE PAID IN FULL 6 WEEKS BEFORE HOLIDAY DUE DATE

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY BOOKINGS THAT DONT MEET WITH OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

All accommodations have key coded boxes .. So NO need to stand in ques to collect keys 

PLEASE NOTE ... WE DO NOT SUPPLY PASSES IN ANY OF OUR ACCOMMODATIONS. 

ACCOMMODATIONS THAT ALLOW PETS REQUIRE A BOND ( please see ad listing for T/Cs )

ALL ACCOMMODATIONS NOW  REQUIRE A £75/£100  CLEANING/DAMAGE BOND ( owners request )

WE WILL NOT EXCEPT ANY OVER CROWDING  

WE ASK ALL OUR GUESTS TO PLEASE RESPECT OUR HOLIDAY HOMES 

STAFF OR OURSELFS HAVE THE RIGHT TO VACATE ANYONE CAUSING NUISANCE BEHAVIOUR DURING YOUR STAY 

WE HAVE A  NO SMOKING POLICY WITHIN  ALL OUR ACCOMMODATIONS 

WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE OWNERS OF THE CARAVANS/LODGES WE LOOK AFTER ON THERE BEHALF BUT WE WILL ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU ARE PUT INTO A SIMULAR CARAVAN or LODGE TO WHAT YOU HAD PREVIOUSLY BOOKED 

PLEASE DO NOT GO AHEAD WITH YOUR BOOKING IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS WITH REGARDS TO BOOKINGS & REFUNDS
