“Amazing!!”

Recently returned from our 4 night break and I would give more than 5* if we could. We were very impressed from booking right through to staying in the Lodge. The information Peter provided us right from booking has been fantastic, I had no reservations about staying in the lodge and we would definitely look to return. I even received a message once we had arrived to make sure everything was OK. The lodge was like a home from home and finished to a much higher specification than I imagined it would be. The new decking was lovely, a great addition and we enjoyed sitting out and watching the kids play safely of the grass at the front. The location was perfect, lovely and quiet and not too far to walk to the main entertainment areas. We were also really impressed that lodge was equipped with a smart TV, ps5, sky TV and a mountain of board games! We really could not have needed anything else. (I note the previous guests to us had issues with the Sky TV... the HDMI cable just needed plugging back in ????). The lodge was also so clean and fresh when we arrived and I was surprised to find toilet rolls, washing-up liquid and other cleaning products available - we brought our own toilet rolls and washing-up liquid as have never had these provided before! Peter really goes above and beyond for guests and I really would recommend anyone to book, you won't be disappointed! Thank you so much for making our little family holiday special!
