“2nd time staying in this gorgeous place”

This was our 2nd time in this lodge, our 3rd booking with haggerston castle private hire, and we had a fabulous time, the lodge was well equipped, lovely and clean and very comfortable. We were very impressed with the improvements made since last time we stayed, the kids particularly liked the ice maker on the fridge/freezer. The hosts were very good at communicating with us during our stay if we had any questions and were very helpful. Definitely making a 4th booking next year.

Just back from staying here for a week as a family of 5 the area is not far to walk to anything onsite there is lovely view of the lake and the caravan was so homely with nice added touches to make it feel homely and very spacious and clean we will definatley be booking again

Lovely and relaxing stay at CL40. Caravan was clean and comfortable in quiet location of the park, and just over 5mins from the centre.
Kitchen accessories allowed me to cook for the family with ease. Very much a home from home with the added bonus of Wi-Fi

Caravan was beautiful we loved it spotless thanks for the first time in the last 6 visits to Haggerston we haven’t had to clean the caravan. I love the golf course was there every day the entertainment in the live lounge was rubbish is ok if you are 6 years old . The mash & barrel was something else waiting over an hour and half for or meal was a joke not enough staff in the complex. Haven had advertised things that didn’t exist ie football? Football golf ? & the noodle bar didn’t open . Overall had a good holiday with the grandkids plus 10 out of 10 for the caravan

Gorgeous caravan and has the added bonus of WiFi too which is a pleasant surprise. Plenty of cleaning bits too which is also helpful with kids ! The only thing missing i would say is a nice little defusier to make the caravan smell as nice as it looks ! Would also be helpful to have some plastic cups and plates etc for the kids and a couple more tumbler style glasses. Super comfy beds we all slept like logs.
Castle Lake is the perfect area for families looking for a relaxing and peaceful break whilst also being able to access the busy complex and entertainment.
We always book with George his customer service is fabulous and he ensures his regular guests are taken care of.

Always exceptionally clean and tidy hioefulky we leave it the same as when entered. Quiet location. George is great to deal with from start to finish will continue to use. Psrk has plenty to do and local area outstanding and beautiful

An always immaculately clean. Tidy and we'll presented. Quiet area of the park. Booked this van a few times we love it and try to leave as clean as we found it. George is great to deal with never had a problem from booking to check in. Currently here again this week and not disappointed. Will continue to use. Van has everything you need, great park.
