WE NOW REQUIRE CLEANING/DAMAGE BONDS FOR ALL OUR CARAVANS & LODGES FOR 2023/2024/2025 +

* LODGES £100 BOND 

* CARAVANS £75 BOND 

1 lodge does require £125 deposit this is at the owners request 

THIS MUST BE PAID 7/10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL UNTILL THIS PAYMENT IS IN PLACE WE WILL NOT GIVE OUT ARRIVAL DETAILS OR KEYCODES

I MYSELF ( GEORGE JACKSON ) HAVE THE RIGHT TO KEEP PART OR ALL OF YOUR BOND AFTER CARAVAN/LODGE HAS BEEN CHECKED OVER AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE FROM PARK 

BONDS WILL BE PAID BACK WITHIN 48HRS AFTER DEPART  DATE 

PLEASE NOTE -- ALL COVID T/Cs WILL REMAIN IN PLACE DURING 2023/24 --- No refunds will be given back during 2023  If holiday is cancelled due to covid your dates will be moved over.

PLEASE NOTE .. If any of your group show symptoms or test positive for Covid you must notify us immediately.

PLEASE NOTE .. No refund is given if you have to leave the park earlier due to any of your group showing covid symptoms. 

HCPH -- CANT BE HELD RESPONSABLE FOR ANY WORK THE PARK IS CURRENTLY UNDER TAKEN FOR 2023  DUE TO COVID19  OR ANY CLOSER OF THERE FACILITIES DUE TO THIS WE WOULD ADVISE ALL GUESTS TO TAKE OUT A SMALL HOLIDAY INSURANCE COVER 

DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF PLACING BOOKINGS 

YOU MUST TICK THE AGREEMENT BOX FOR YOUR BOOKING TO  GO AHEAD 

PLEASE NOTE .... BY MAKING YOUR 1st PAYMENT ( Deposit ) YOU HAVE EXCEPTED OUR T/Cs

ALL BREAKAGES MUST BE REPORTED AND PAID FOR

PLEASE NOTE ------ FOR LARGER DAMAGE BILLS OVER £100 WE ARE PEPARED TO GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO CLAIM OUR MONEY BACK ( and you will also be billed for any further costs charged via the courts )

FULL CONTACT DETAILS MUST BE GIVEN UPON BOOKING..

IF ANY OF OUR HOLIDAY HOMES  IS FOUND TO BE OVER CROWED THEN ALL PARTIES  WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE STRAIGHT AWAY ( due to insurance reasons we will NOT tolerate more then the accommodation allows ) 

PETS .. we have 3 caravans only that allows upto 2 small dogs or 1 medium size dog  in each for a small charge of £30 per dog per stay a bond of £50 is also required 

Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds and MUST NOT be left on there own 

ANY Damages done due to your dogs YOU will be charged for This will be taken from your £50 bond whether this being all or part payment 

PLEASE NOTE .. Dogs found in any of our accommodations where they are NOT allowed YOU will be ask to LEAVE immediately ... 

No same sex party groups ( stag & hens ) park rules

IF OWNERS CANCELS THEN A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN INCLUDING DEPOSIT

IF FULL BALANCE IS NOT RECIEVED 6 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR HOLIDAY DUE DATE .WE AT HAGGERSTON CASTLE PRIVATE HIRE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING 

PLEASE NOTE .. Guests will now receive a email balance payment reminder 6 weeks prior to your arrival date .. Once you have received this email you must pay your balance immediately otherwise you may lose your booking ....

PLEASE NOTE .....  REFUND POLICY 

WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE SHOULD A OWNER DECIDE TO SELL UP OR MOVE THERE LODGE/CARAVAN  TO ANOTHER PART OF THE PARK OR SADLY PASS AWAY  . WE WILL ALWAY PUT YOU INTO ANOTHER SUITABLE ACCOMMADITION SIMULAR TO WHAT YOU HAD BOOKED AT THE SAME COST 

We are sorry should this cause any inconvenience for you and your family BUT we can only deal with the family which is booked  into the said accommodations

Cancellation Policy. .... Deposits are Non refundable. ..( this is your first down payment whether it's £40/£50  

If you cancel your holiday you will only recieve half of what you have paid back if the time period is outside of the 6 weeks bracket ( Less deposit )

NO REFUNDS GIVEN BACK  AT ALL if holiday is cancelled within 6 weeks of the holiday date NO matter what your reason is for cancelling 

PLEASE NOTE -- WE CANNOT HOLD YOUR DATES WITH A DEPOSIT 

PLEASE DONT PLACE A BOOKING IF YOU CANNOT ABIDE BY THE ABOVE RULES
